We currently have an excellent career opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrative
Assistant. Working with team-oriented colleagues, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day office functioning by handling a variety of general
administrative duties including managing the reception desk, answering incoming
calls, provide overall administrative support for team members, handling incoming
and outgoing mail and other relevant office functions.
Qualifications
To qualify, candidates must have:
- Three (3) years of office administration experience; or an equivalent combination
of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to proofread, edit, and
prepare routine written communication.
- Ability to prioritize and work multiple tasks.
- Attentive to detail and accuracy. Thorough when performing work.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service.
